Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Cheyenne Outdoor Storage purchase. This policy explains how to return a shed, deck box, cabinet, organizer or other item and request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-10.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Please keep the original packaging and all parts and hardware until you are sure you are keeping the product.

Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

How to request a refund

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. You can also call +13074216225 if you have questions.

We answer within 2 business days and will send you return instructions.

How you are refunded

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your card statement may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or lost, please follow the steps in our Shipping Policy so we can resend the item or refund you.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
